Integrity at OMNIA

At OMNIA, integrity is a non-negotiable value.

We guide our decisions with ethics, transparency, and social and environmental responsibility, building relationships of trust with our employees, clients, investors, suppliers, and communities.

Our Integrity Program is the foundation of this commitment. Was created to ensure that our values translate into concrete actions — preventing, detecting, and addressing any conduct that violates the laws, internal policies, ethical principles that guide our conduct

The Program integrates policies, training, control mechanisms, and channels for dialogue that strengthen an ethical culture in all of our operations.

Within this program, the OMNIA Code of Ethics and Conduct is our main behavioral guide. It guides us on how we should act in our daily lives and reinforces our commitments to:

  • Zero tolerance for corruption, harassment, and any form of discrimination;

  • Health, safety and well-being for everyone;

  • Data protection and responsible use of information;

  • Transparency and integrity in relationships with customers, suppliers, and competitors;

  • Sustainability and socio-environmental responsibility.

ETHICS CHANNEL

OMNIA provides an Ethics Channel: a safe, responsible and, if desired, anonymous way to report any suspicions of violation or non-compliance with our Code of Ethics, other OMNIA policies and/or issues related to corruption (Law No. 12.846/13 – Anti-Corruption Law).
Any information provided via this channel will be received by an independent and specialized company, ensuring confidentiality and the appropriate measures for each situation.
OMNIA rejects any form of retaliation against individuals who, in good faith, use the available channels to file a complaint or cooperate with internal investigations.
Our Ethics Channel is available 24 hours a day for employees, partners and the general public.
